MOONG DAL 250 GMS, SPINACH250GMS,GREENCHILLI PASTE HALF TEA SPOON, GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE 1 TEA SPOON, SALT AS PER NEED

Cooking Instructions
SOAK MOONG DAL FOR 4-5 HOURS IN WATER,WASH SPINACH, GRIND BOTH TOGATHER IN GRINDER,MAKE SEMI SOLID CONSITANCY,ADD SALT , GREEN CHILLI AND GINGER GARLIC PASTE, PUT OIL IN NON STICK TAVA AND MAKE PUDA.EAT WITH CURD OR TOMATO SAUCE
VERY NUTRITIVE AND LOOKING TOTALLY GREEN PUDA
