Ingredients
BoiledChickpeas 2 cups
Finelychopped Cucumber 1 cup
Choppedcherry tomatoes ½ cup
Finelychopped green chilies 3 no.
LemonJuice 1 Tablespoon
Masalas
BlackSalt (Kala Namak) a Pinch
Salt ToTaste
ChatMasala Powder ½ Tsp.
Redchili Powder aPinch.
Decoration.
ChoppedCoriander leaves 1 Tablespoon.
Method:
- Soakthe Kabuli chana (chick pea) overnight for 6-8 hours.
- Boilit in a pressure cooker with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp turmeric powder. Wait till 3whistles. Allow the boiled Kabuli chana to cool.
- Takea big bowl and add above ingredients, except coriander.
- Addall Masala and lemon juice. Decorate with Coriander leaves
- Mixwell , serve immediately.
- Enjoythe healthy snack.
Tips:
- Youcan use tinned Garbanzos also.
- Youcan add, tamarind and green chutney.
- Youcan add boiled peanuts and boiled potato also.
