Ingredients
Aloo (potato) Boiled 3 medium
Cumin Seeds(JEERA) 1 tsp
Coriander (DHANIYA) Powder 1/2 tsp
Red chillies(dry)-as per taste
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida (Hing): 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Green coriander leaves chopper -for garnish (optional)
yogurt/curd(dahi)-1 cup (whisked)
Oil 3 tsp

Cooking Instructions
Heat 2 -3 tsp oil in a pan add cumin seeds and allow them to crackle.add red dry chillies allow them now to crackle. now add boiled potato and saute for a minute.remove boiled potato and use same pot & oil.add dry masala(Now add coriander powder, turmeric,red chilli pwd asafoeitida ) cook for a minute.add whisked yogurt .Keep stirring until all the spices are mixed well. Now add salt. Add water if it is too thick. Cook it for 5 minutes on low flames. keep gravy consistency as per u r choice.Serve hot with chappati/poori /paratha
