2 Slices of bread
1/2 Capsicum seeded
1/2 medium size firm Tomato
1/2 medium size Onion
1 tbsp Plain youghurt
2 tsp Chopped Green Chilli
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Salt
Tomato Ketchup (Sauce)
You will also need a sandwhich-maker.
1. Cut capsicum, tomato, onion into very small pieces.
2. Now mix well all the above ingredients in a bowl. Add yoghurt, chilli, salt, black pepper and mix again. Take a slice of bread and spread this mixture over it.
3. Take othe slice of bread and spread tomato ketchup over it and place this slice over the previou one from step 1
4. Now spread some butter on the outer sides of both the breads. Plug in the sandwhich-maker and place this sandwhich in it untill the bread turns brown or becomes cripsy.
