Moong Dal pancake with paneer : Indian Food & Cooking Recipes

2 cups moong dal(yellow)
100g paneer
chopped coriander-1 tb sp.
grated ginger (small piece)
salt,chilly powder,garam masala as per taste
finely chopped green chilly-1

Cooking Instructions
soak dal over night in water n drain the water in morning.churn it in mixer to make paste.add little water while making paste.add all the mentioned saesoning according to taste,chopped coriander,ginger,green chilly,and mix it properly.keep it aside.
grate paneer n add chopped coriander n salt as per taste.
heat non stick pan.take one table spoon of moong dal mixture n spread it on tawa to make thin round pancakes.put little oil on all sides to make it crispy.cook on both the sides.when done put little panner on pancake n roll.serve these tasty pancakes with tomato sause.
