Ingredients
1- chicken
3 onions-
2 tomatoes
3 inch ginger
2-3 cloves garlic
kasturi methi
yoghurt
red chilli powder
green chillies 2-3
salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
mix onions, tomatoes, grren chillies, ginger , garlic together in mixture
put oil in pressure cooker and add above mixture
cook it till it leaves oil
add salt chilli powder turmic powder ( haldi) and chicken. pressure cook till 2 whistle come
on another hand mix kastoori methi and yoghurt together and add it to the cooked chicken and stirr.
serve with tandoori chapati
