Ingredients
skimmed Milk-1/14 cup
cream-1/4 cup
vanilla extract -1 tsp
sugar-1/4 cup or as much sweeter u like
Gelatin/agar-agar powder(vegetarian option)-1 packet or 1/12 tbsp(dissolve with 1-2 tbsp in warm water)
Mango puree - 3/4 cup
chocolate (semi sweet )

Cooking Instructions
Pour milk & cream in a pan on medium heat ..let it be warm keep stirring and add sugar and mix properly..till it start boiling ..remove pan from heat as cream heated fast it may come out of pan.now add dissolve gelatin and mix properly.we will strain in other bowl ..so that remaining gelatin should be mixed evenly.once mixture comes to room temp .divide mixture as one is plain in that we will add vanilla extract and other mango we will add mango puree .keep a little bit mango puree for last garnishing.(it's optional).same way we will either dissolve chocolate on double boiler or we can melt in microwave for 20-30 sec.now we will pour mixture in glass ,bowl or dessert bowl( as u r wish).keep in freezer to set ..check once it set ..now we will add mango puree on top of it & chocolate on vanilla flavor pannacotta.keep bowl/glass in freeze to set.serve chilled !!!
