Egg Tomato Curry : Indian Food & Cooking Recipes

Ingredients
Egg (2/3)
Half Big onion=> grated and rest of it chopped in medium sized dice
Tomato (1 big=> Finely chopped)
Potato (1 big => cut into 6 pieces)
Cumin (1 /2/ tea spoon)
Turmeric (1/2 tea spoon)
Ginger Garlic paste (1 tea spoon)
Red Chili Powder(1/2 spoon)
Green Chili (3/4)
Salt to taste
Sugar (1/4 tea spoon)
Garam Masala
Optional : Pizza Sauce

Cooking Instructions
First Boil the eggs.
Boil the potato pieces for 3-5 mins in low flame.

Add oil to pan and heat it.
Add potato pieces fry it for 10 mins in low flame.
Add boiled egg pieces and fry it for 5 mins.
Take out those fried eggs and potatoes.
Add some more oil.
Add Chopped onions and wait until turned into brown colour.
Add Ginger Garlic paste and cumin powder.
Add Green chili and red chili powder.
Add Tomato pieces.
Add salt and little sugar, turmeric.
Add little boiled water and make a paste.
Add the fried potatoes and mix it well.
Add more water as required.
Let it be cooked for 5-7mins and check if the potatoes are boiled properly.
Add the egg pieces and garam masala and let it be cooked for 3-5 mins.
