1 lb paneer cut into small cubes
3 medium size tomatoes
1 big onion
1 small slice of ginger
2-3 green pepper (Depends how spicy you want)
1 big black cardamom
6 oz heavy whipped cream
3-4 teaspoon kasoori methi
1/4 teaspoon sugar
salt as per taste
Take tomatoes,onion,ginger,green pepper cut them into big
pieces and put them in presssure cooker.
Also add cloves and cardamon.Add 3/4 cup of water.Cook it in
pressure cooker for 5 min on high heat or till you get
one whistle.Put it down and let it cool down.Put the whole mixture
in blender and blend it to make a smooth puree.
Take a pan and put the final puree in that,add some salt ,add
whipped cream,add kasoori methi to it ,add 1/4 teaspoon sugar and
put it in medium heat till it start boiling.Add paneer to it.Boil
for another 2-3 minutes.Put it down.Serve it with nan or roti.
