2 cup wheat flour,
1/2 CUP spinach blanched,
2 Clove garlic(optional),
1 tsp chili flakes
1/4 cup coriander green(optional)
Salt (Acc to taste)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1tsp ajwain
2 tbs oil/butter
1 cup water
wheat flour as required for rolling

Cooking Instructions
1. heat spnach in pan, heat when it becomes soft and left water (do not boil) and bleand with garlic, chili flakes, coriander and make smooth paste.
2. take wheat flour in bowl and blended paste,add salt,garam masala. without water,knead it after that add water slowly with spoon and make soft dough.
3.make small ball and put on chakala for rolling
and make like chapati, heat frying pan, heat to roll till brown color and spread oil both side.
serve with chutny or chhole.
