white bread slices
plain youghurt-2 tbls
sugar-according to taste.
mustard seeds
curry leaves
salt to taste,red chilly powder.

Cooking Instructions
Take a nonstick pan and heat it,with little oil.
Here do the preparation for the sandwich.Take youghurt,add salt,sugar,and chilly powder to it,and mix well.
Then take one bread slice and apply the youghurt mixture over it.
Then cover it with the another slice.
Then in the heated oil over the pan put some curry leaves,and mustard seeds to it and let the mustard splats.
then immmediately put the sandwich over the oil,and it should be done so that the curry leaves and the mustard seeds stick to the sandwich from outside and then toast it from both the sides,do the same for the other bread slices and serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
