cauliflower - 1 big
onion - 1 big (turned into paste )
tomatoes -2 medium sized ( pureed )
ginger n garlic paste - 1 tbsp.
green chilly paste - 1 tsp.
tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp.
cream - 2 tbsp.
salt - to taste
degi mirch pwd.-1 tsp.
dhania pwd. -1 tsp.
garam masala - 1 tsp.
coriander leaves.

Cooking Instructions
Wash cauliflower thouroughly with hot water. Cut it into 4 small flowerettes (not more than that ).
Heat oil in a karahi or a deep pan and fry these flowerettes in it till light golden brown.Keep these aside.
Now in another pan, heat oil n add ginger n garlic paste, cook till it gets golden in color,then add onion paste to it n cook till it gets brown in color.Then add tomato puree n cook for a little while. Now add salt, degi mirch pwd. n dhania pwd , add tomato sauce n cook for a little while. Now add cream to it n bring it down the stove.
Keep the gobhi flowerettes in a microwave dish, pour the cooked gravy on it n microwave high for 4-6 mins.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
