Ingredients
Semi sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Unsalted butter 1/2 cup
Condensed milk 1/4 cup
Salt a pinch
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Ramekins or oven proof glass small dish for baking
Cooking Instructions
Take a microwave safe bowl add chocochips & butter melt on Hi /100 % for 1 min .. stir in btw
Sift all purpose flour , salt & baking powder keep aside ..preheat oven @ 350 f ..
Add condensed milk( u can add bit more or less as per ur taste) in melted chocolate & butter mix ..stir continousoly using whisk, add vanilla extract .slowly add all purposes flour & mix .keep it mind there should be no lumps ..use whisk or hand blender .don't over mix
Grease ur baking dish ..pour half mixture ..add chocochips..now add batter on top & cover chocochips.
Bake for 10-15 min time vary in every oven & check with tooth pick if its baked.take it out invert as we do for cake ..serve hot & enjoy !!!
