Ingredients
Brinjal-1 or 2 (Big Size) Onions - 2 medium size Tomato - 1 Green chillies - 6 Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Garlic ginger paste - 2 tsp Turmeric powder(haldi) - 1/2 tsp Asafatodia(hing) - a pinch Salt - 1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp Coriander leaves to garnish Oil to fry
Cooking Instructions
Heat the Brinjals on the stove(directly-donot heat in any pan) until they become soft(light black-brown in color). Peel off the skin of brinjals. Smash the brinjals. Cut onions,chillies,tomatoes into small pieces. Put oil in a fry pan and heat it. Put cumins seeds,asafatodia in oil. Then put onions and chillies and fry them. Then put garlic ginger paste and fry it. Then put the smashed brinjals into it. put the tumeric powder,salt,chilly powder,garam masala,corinader leaves and tomato and fry for 5 mins. Now it's ready to eat. Can serve upto 5 people.
