1 lb Bhindi(okara)
2 teaspoon Corriander powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon amchoor powder(dried mango)
1/2 teaspoon salt (or as per taste)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Wash bhindi properly and then dry by spreading on paper towel.Now slice each bindi in half length wise but not cuttig it all the way to bottom.just take your knife little more then half of bhindi's length.(don't cut bhindi in two pieces,it should be joined from bottom).Slice all bhindi's like this and put them in a plate.Now in a bowl mix all the dried masal.Now taking each bhindi try to fill it with this dried masala as much as possible and carefully place them in a plate so masala stays in there.when all bhindi's are filled up with this masala then put a pan on medium flame and put oil into it.Let the oil be heated up then place one by one all the bindi's in this pan.Sprinkle some water on bhind and cover it up.cook for 5-7 min then close the gas.Leave it covered for another 5 min. and its ready to serve with Roti aur Parantha.
