Boiled potatoes(5 medium sized), dry or fresh podina(mint) leaves( 1 bunch), mustard oil(1 tablespoon), salt, green chili chopped(3-4, turmeric powder(1 teaspoon),coriander power(1 teaspoon), amchoor powder(1 teaspoon)

Cooking Instructions
Cut boiled potatoes in small pieces. In one container--add mustard oil and put it on heat, once warm-add green chili,coriander powder, turmeric powder, amchoor powder,and mix and saute, now add boiled potato and mix for 5 minute. Now add mint(podina) leaves and mix and keep on low flame for 10 minute. Ready to serve.
