Ingredients
8 to 10 slices of bread 1/2 cup curd 1 cup besan 4 green chillies chopped 2 table spoon green coriander chopped salt n red chilli powder as per taste 1/4 tea sp. soda bi carbonate ghee or oil for frying.
Cooking Instructions
Remove the crust from bread slices and crumble. Add curd n little water n keep aside for 2 hours. Then add chillies,coriander ,besan,salt,chilly powder n soda n mix well. Give desired shape n fry in hot oil. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
