Ricotta cheese -15oz
Milk powder 1/2 cup
Unsalted butter /ghee 1 tbsp
Sugar 3/4 cup (to taste)
Saffron few strands dissolve in milk/water
Milk 3/4 cup
Cardamom powder (optional)
Pistachio/almonds & Cardamom pods(garnish)

Cooking Instructions
Take a heavy non stick pan.heat and add unsalted butter/ ghee.when it melts add ricotta cheese & stir continuous till water evaporates.after that add all rest of ingredients. Except for garnish .& cook on med -low heat.till mixtures become like a take out from heat & stir it get cool down.put a butter paper on a add butter/ ghee or water in hand.take a small portion make a round balls & press center & make a shape of center put cardamom pods.garnish with almond/ pistachio.Enjoy homemade Peda @ home with family & friends
