Ripe banana -1 skim milk - 1 cup Splenda or any artificial sweetner-2tsp. Nesquick strawberry powder(artificial flavor)-2Tbsp. Strawberry fruit pieces-4 or 5
Cooking Instructions
1.cut banana into small circles and put in the blender. 2.Add milk,sweetner,strawberry powder and blend for 3 mins. 3.pour into glass and decorate with strawberry pieces on top. low calorie banana milk shake is yours to enjoy without the guilt:-) Note1:To make this delicious and yummy drink for kids make it by using real sugar instead of sweetner and whole milk instead of skimmilk. Note2:use a pinch of cardamom powder if strawberry flavored powder is not available.
