No Cooking :-)
Just put walnuts or almonds in a bowl of water in the fridge. Let it be in dridge for over 24 hrs. Peel the almonds or walnus and give it to your kids.
- Almond Milk: Peel the almonds, minse them, and put 2-3 Ilayi_Chi and boil it in the milk.
- Carrot/AppleJuice: Try the Carrot or Apple Carrot juice from Traders Joe. It is good for kids.
- Microwave Beets in a bowl of water for 8-9 minutes, peel them and give to family members at least once in a week.
