Cucumber 2 ( peeled , desedded & chopped)
Mint leaves 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Black salt to taste
Roasted jeera(cumin) powder 1/2 tsp
Green chillies 1-2 (as per own taste buds)
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Garlic 1-2 (optional)
In a blender jar.add all ingredients & blend properly.keep in a fridge to chilled.
Serve in a glass or bowl .
Before serving sprinkle roasted jeera pwd, black salt & garnish with mint leaves
