Tamrind Chutney : Indian Food & Cooking Recipes

Ingredients
2 Teaspoon tamrind paste
1 cup sugar
2 cup water
1/8 teaspoon Red pepper powder
1/8 teaspoon Garam Masala
2-3 pinch salt
2 pinch Rock salt

Cooking Instructions
Mix everything in a pan and keep it on medium heat.Let it simmer till it gets little thick.Do not over heat that sugar starts setting in the corners.If so add some more water and bring it to boil.After that take it down and let it cool down.Store in some plastic container.Good thing about this chutney is you can store it for as long as a month in referigerator.Good to eat with dahi vada,samosa,kchori etc.
