Whole milk-1 ltr
Lime 2-3 small (juice )
Ice water / ice
Boil milk, add lime juice stir slowly.till it curdles.add ice or little bit col water.now strain whey using cheese cloth..squeeze entire whey..if u want to make a block..flatten it and cover cheesecloth ..now put a heavy plate or any flat heavy thing.
After 2 hrs Soft homemade paneer is ready
