1 green pepper chopped into 3/4 inch squares (remove seeds)
1 red pepper chopped into 3/4 inch squares (remove seeds)
1 large Red onion, peeled and cut into large pieces
Few Paneer Pieces
Little bit thyme and salt,
Pre-heat oven to 350 F
Thread vegetable (green peppers, red peppers, onion and paneer) pieces alternately on 3-4 skewers to make 3-4 kebabs.
Cover a baking sheet with foil and place the kebabs on the foil, sprinkling each kebab with thyme and salt.
Wrap the foil around the kabab and let is heat for 45 mins. Make sure to turn them after every 10 mins.
