Hot and spicy chicken fry : Indian Food & Cooking Recipes

Ingredients
chicken 1 Lb
onion med. No.1
ginger and garlic paste - 2tsp.
green chilly paste - 2tsp.
fennel seed powder - 1 tsp.
garam masala - 1 tsp.
turmaric powder - 1/2 tsp
coriander powder -3 tsp.
pepper powder -1 tsp.
coriander leaves and curry leaves.
juicy house tomatto -1 small.
salt and lime juice.

Cooking Instructions
In a pan add 1 big spoon full of oil, add finely chopped onion, salt and g & g paste fry well and then add fennel seed powder, turmaric powder and green chilly paste, fry well for 5 minutes and then add boiled chicken pieces , fry well then add coriander powder and balck pepper powder. fry for 10 mins. then add 1/2 cup chicken soup, smashed tomatto on it.fry for 10 minutes in high flame.fry untill the ingrediants gets dry. and then add finely chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and 3 tsp lime juice.
(in a cooker, the chicken, little turmaric powder, pepper powder, little chopped onion, and salt to be boiled, put one vissel and keep it aside before do this dish.) feel tasty huh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
